As the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator at Rubin and Rudman I was tasked with:
Managing and creating content/captions for LinkedIn and Facebook, following brand guidelines
Designing and maintaining digital and print promotional materials for advertising, direct mail marketing, and firm newsletters
Updating the firm website using WordPress
Keeping open communication with attorneys at the firm to ensure proper profile updates.
Managing the firm's USLAW membership and events
Supporting in-person and virtual events
Working closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager to support marketing efforts and secure advertisements.
Unfortunately, my time with Rubin and Rudman was cut short due to a lack of work layoff.

Mental Health Workshop Social Media Post
In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Rubin and Rudman LLP hosted a workshop on Psychological Safety in the workplace led by Dr. Jackie Glenn, founder and CEO of Glenn Diversity Inclusion & HR Solutions. Rubin and Rudman professionals discussed the meaning of Psychological Safety and how to navigate mental health in a professional environment. Thank you, Dr. Jackie Glenn, for assisting the firm in its commitment to promoting mental well-being in the company and to #EmbraceEquity in the Boston community and beyond.

Cindy Brennan, Director of Marketing and Business Development and a member of Foundation To Be Named Later’s (FTBNL) advisory board, was proud to join FTBNL in support of The Wonderfund’s inaugural “Period Party” at BIG NIGHT LIVE. The event brought together 200 women for this first-ever feminine hygiene drive, giving girls and women involved with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF) access to feminine hygiene products.
